Prints a Java Script function which checks if a string is in a valid Social Security Number format.

Returns an integer with a value of 0.
Prints a Java Script function which checks if a string is in a valid Social Security Number format. A valid format is of the form: ###-##-####.
The code fragment:
SaJavaSsnCheck();
will write a string to standard out which is equivalent to the contents of the file:
config\htmlstyle\YValSSNFormat.js
in the Sapphire distribution.
